Coming Home to You: An Inner Child Yoga Nidra Journey

There is a tender place within each of us that longs to be seen, held, and remembered. In this 90-minute workshop, we will journey inward to reconnect with the inner child — the part of you that carries both innocence and unspoken wounds, creativity and quiet wisdom.

Together we will:
-Begin with grounding breathwork to settle the body and nervous system.
-Explore gentle journaling prompts to open a doorway of reflection.
-Rest deeply in a 40-minute Guided Yoga Nidra meditation, designed to invite safety, compassion, and inner connection.
-Close by writing a heartfelt letter to your inner child — offering presence, love, and the words you may have longed to hear.

This class offers a safe and nurturing container for deep rest and healing. No prior experience with yoga or meditation is needed. All that’s required is a willingness to soften into stillness and meet yourself with gentle curiosity.

Come as you are, and leave with a greater sense of wholeness, compassion, and connection to the child within.
