School holiday Program - Open to Non Members

Monday - MMA Madness
Striking, takedowns, and movement.
Fun partner drills to build coordination and confidence.
Team challenges and mini-sparring (safe and controlled).

Tuesday - Muay Thai & Boxing Blitz - Master punches, kicks, elbows, and knees the Muay Thai way.
Boxing footwork, combos, and pad work.
Fun reaction and agility games.

Wednesday - Wrestling & BJJ Warriors
Learn how to wrestle, control, and pin opponents safely.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: escapes, sweeps, and submissions (kid-friendly).
Fun takedown and grappling games.

$80 per day or $210 for all 3 - Afterpay and Zippay available
