Come take a moment to be present in nature. Activate your mind and body in this guided 2.39 mile hike around the lake while engaging in activities about mindfulness and outdoor fitness. All skill levels welcome.
We will meet in the Environmental Education and Resiliency Center in Field 1 of Hempstead Lake State Park. $4 per person upon arrival at the front desk. No parking fees in effect. Reservations are required for all programs. Space is limited. If you are unable to keep your reservation, please cancel so others may have the opportunity to attend. Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes early.
Please dress accordingly for the weather, wear proper foot attire for hiking, and bring water. You are welcome to bring a small snack if you like.
