Wendy and her guests will talk about how to make beef barbacoa tacos and will demonstrate how to assemble them while guiding the audience through each step.

Attendees will learn about each ingredient, its origin, its purpose in the dish, its cultural significance, and receive flavor pairing tips. And, of course, everyone will get to sample their final product!
