Get ready to sweat, shake, and sculpt at our Twerk & Tone fitness class! We’ll kick things off with 30 minutes of high-energy dance fitness to your favorite booty-shaking songs, followed by a 20-minute toning session that targets your glutes and legs for the ultimate burn.
