HELP! I CANT MEDITATE! is back with a twist on decluttering and spring cleaning your life (even in the fall)! Lets make this a time to turn over new leaf by taking mundane life chores & everyday tasks and transform them into focused meditations with intentions! If you are seasoned at sitting meditation, we can help you to upgrade your practice and bring mindfulness to your everyday living. If you struggle with meditation and feel like you can’t quite get there or feel you simply don’t know how to, this will give you a more natural way to drop into meditative states. This workshop will go over what meditation is, different forms of meditation that may work better for you than the traditional sitting still method & will teach you how to clear stagnation in your life while manifesting a fresher way of living. This workshop will mainly focus on taking those mundane chores such as doing the laundry & picking up the dog poop. <<< Yes! That’s right. We will teach you how to have fun with those often boring & even yucky tasks. This workshop will also discuss manifesting with Universal Laws such as The Law of Attraction & The Law of Detachment.
