• Appetizer: Crispy fried Pork Belly on top of a jalapeneo cornbread served with peach tea bbq sauce.
• Salad: Grilled vegetable salad - Zucchini, squash, tomatoes, bib lettuce with a smoked zesty lime vinnegrette.
• Main Course: Slow smoked brisket, collard greens and a smoked potato au gratin
• Dessert: Banana pudding tartlets.
