Meals for Busy Moms

By popular demand, we now have a meal prep event for later postpartum and busy families! It's the same format as our well loved Postpartum Meal Prep event, but with a menu designed for stress free dinners and feeding hungry kids. All the recipes are still nutrient dense and great options for beyond the first few weeks postpartum. Meals For Busy Moms teaches tricks to save time and make the most of your budget, with recipes that easily double so you can freeze a meal for later. You will take home over 20 servings of lunch/dinner, 10 servings of breakfast, and snacks. That around $6 per serving!!!

Menu:
Breakfast: Berry Oatmeal and Pizza Breakfast Biscuits
Meals: Meatballs, Beef and Basil, Turkey Veggie Lasagna, Chicken Congee with Peas
Snacks: Cherry Chocolate Chip Oat Bars and Granola 3 Ways.

Includes:
Lunch at the event.
Ingredients/supplies including disposable containers to freeze food.
Recipe cards to take home.
