Step into the world of world-class open-water expertise and local coaching excellence.
Kyle Lee, Olympic open-water swimmer, will share his insights on training, mindset, and performance in open-water environments.
Andrew Sexton, ASCTA Advanced Level coach, will focus on practical drills, coaching strategies, and adapting sessions for South-West conditions.
Julie O’Connor, experienced coach and educator, will give a concise presentation on endurance training principles and physiology for swimmers.
Together, they’ll lead a dynamic, hands-on clinic designed to equip you with new techniques, drills, and coaching perspectives to bring back to your club. The morning will conclude with a practical in-water session to apply key learnings, ensuring a highly practical and beneficial experience.
