About Hridaya
Hridaya is a certified BBTRS® (Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System®) practitioner, dedicated to creating safe and supportive spaces for deep emotional release and personal transformation. Her approach combines the 6 elements ofBBTRS® (Breath, Movement, Touch, Sound, Conscious Emotional Expression and Meditation) to help you move beyond stress, old patterns, and stored tension—so you can feel more grounded, free, and connected.
Her work is trauma informed and honours nervous system regulation and safety. But more than that, it’s shaped by her own lived experience of using breath as a pathway to healing and self-discovery, including her own trauma around abusive relationships and surviving a tornado.
For Hridaya, breathwork is not about striving or fixing—it’s about remembering your wholeness. Her job is to honour and support what your body and nervous system is ready to shed. Every session is guided with compassion, presence, and intuitive care, creating space for you to safely explore, release, and reconnect with your true self.
What to Bring:
Comfortable clothing you can move in, water bottle, extra blankets, journal and anything you need to feel comfortable. If you wish to bring a small mattress or padding, please feel free. Yoga mats, bolster and blankets will be provided.
