Sunlit Strokes: a Plein Air Fundraiser

Homestead 1839 and Art Center of Burlington Present: “Art in the Gardens" Plein Air Fundraiser.
We are excited to announce the 2nd annual “Art in the Garden, Plein Air Fundraiser,” hosted by The Homestead 1839 in collaboration with the Art Center of Burlington. All artist can Join for free on Saturday, October 4th, at dawn till 2p.m.! How ever long you think you will need to create a masterpiece! All creations will be auctioned off the next day Sunday October 5th on our online Zeffy plat form.
We are asking for a minimum 30% commission to go towards our fundraising efforts. If you would like to donate more of a percentage, we would be forever grateful! Artists can decide the minimum bid for the pieces entered.
This family-friendly event is designed to be accessible to everyone, featuring a variety of activities for all ages. We will be hosting short family tours & crafty art table from 9-11am.
Homestead 1839 is a non-profit organic farm dedicated to promoting food security, offering educational opportunities, and fostering a love for the land. Each year, we provide thousands of pounds of fresh produce to local food banks, offer organic gardening education for people of all ages, and create meaningful volunteer opportunities.
