These sectors employ a significant proportion of the region’s workforce and play a vital role in supporting inclusive growth, productivity, and thriving places. Developing a skilled, adaptable workforce for the Everyday Economy is essential to sustaining local businesses and strengthening communities.

The LSIP is built on a simple principle: employers understand workforce and skills challenges better than anyone. Your insight will help ensure future training genuinely meets business needs.
