Yoga & Sound Bath Class🌟

Join us for a rejuvenating evening of gentle movement and deep relaxation. This special session includes:
✌️30 Minutes of Yoga: Gentle stretching accompanied by soothing sound vibrations to promote balance and mindfulness.
✌️30-Minute Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in healing tones to achieve a state of true relaxation and calm.
✨ Cost: $30 (pay at the door)
✨ Please bring a yoga mat. Mats are available to borrow if needed.
