Wellness Workshop: January Jumpstart!

Want to feel better in 2026? Let’s talk about sustainable health!
We believe real fitness is about long-term well-being and the freedom to live life to the fullest. That’s why we’re hosting a special workshop at our West Washington branch on Wednesday, January 14th.
We’ll be sharing inclusive strategies to help you stay mobile, boost your mood, and find joy in movement—no matter your age or fitness level.
Two chances to join us: 11:00 AM or 6:00 PM in the Family Adventure Pool Observation Room at our West Washington Branch.
The workshop is totally free, but we do ask that you register in advance so we can save you a seat!
