In addition to the many forms of meditation practices we will explore during our Monthly Meditation, attendees will learn how to enhance their meditation practice through intention setting, visual imaging, breathwork, color healing, and meditation using crystals and sound. Different original meditations written by Sheri Bauer will be experienced along with the meditation practices of other cultures.
