During the morning sessions, you'll learn how to activate your energies to feel clearer, calmer, and more energized for the day. Therese will also address the stress response known as fight, flight, or freeze, which can contribute to health issues. You'll learn techniques to support your energies so you no longer become caught in these unhealthy stress responses.
During the afternoon sessions, you'll learn Natural Hormone Balancing Techniques. Hormones are important for everyone at every age, working as messengers to tell the body what to do and help it adapt to changes, from navigating stress to stabilizing moods. Donna Eden says, “When your hormones are balanced, life is easier!”
During the last session, you will learn Energy Techniques for Sensitive People to help build resilience to the energetic impacts coming from your environment and the people around you, helping you to feel more empowered to navigate your sensitivities.
The day will end with a review and a wind down with some gentle energy techniques to integrate the work you've performed throughout the day, followed by Q & A and closing remarks.
