Powerlifters and strongman are both welcome at this unique take on a push pull competition.
POWERLIFTERS - expect a classic push pull competition sanctioned by Metal Militia. National and world records to be broken!
STRONGMEN - pick an overhead event and a deadlift variation out of the following options
PUSH - LOG OR AXLE CLEAN AND PRESS
PULL - VIKING DEADLIFT (21" AXLE), TRAP BAR DEADLIFT OR SILVER DOLLAR DEADLIFT
World records available here via the World Deadlift Council - rules for deadlifting can be found on their website.
PRIZE MONEY will be awarded to the biggest totals in each weight category (weight categories to be annouced) REGARDLESS of whether you compete as a powerlifter or a strongman. Yes that means your strongman total will be up against powerlifting totals for the price money on the day. Let's see who comes out on top!
