THE FREEDOM 13 WORKOUT

We are getting together to honor the 13 soldiers who were killed in action 4 years ago (8/26/2021).

Come join us!!!
Everyone is invited and anyone can come!!
The workout can be modified to fit any fitness level!!!

Time: Gym will open at 8:30 am, Workout starts at 9 am
