A 4-Week Beginner Cake Decorating Course

After receiving so much interest, I’m excited to officially open registration for Cake Decorating Foundations — a hands-on beginner course designed to teach you how to bake and decorate cakes with confidence.

I taught cake decorating for over 10 years, and this course is inspired by traditional Wilton-style classes, with a relaxed and supportive approach that focuses on real skills you can continue using at home.

Over four sessions, students will learn how to:

• Bake cakes from scratch
• Make and work with buttercream
• Ice cakes smoothly
• Decorate both cakes and cupcakes using a variety of beginner-friendly techniques that turn an ordinary cake into a masterpiece

✨ What’s included:

• Decorating bags, tips, and a spatula (yours to keep)
• Recipes and supply list provided on the first day of class
• Step-by-step, hands-on instruction
• Small class size for personalized guidance

Saturday 2/28, 3/7, 3/21, 3/28
⏰ Time: 12:00–2:00 PM
