Come join us for a hands-on volunteer work party focused on trail and habitat restoration!
You will help plant native species to improve the health of our local lands. You may also prepare sites for planting, mulch around new plants, or help with general trail maintenance.
We will provide all the tools, gloves, and gear you’ll need, along with water and snacks before and after the event.
Please wear sturdy work clothes and closed-toe shoes that are good for hiking and working outdoors.
❗Meeting Location: We will meet at the Saddle Rock Trailhead at 12pm. From there, we’ll hike up to our work location on the Saddle Rock East Trail. The total hiking distance can be up to 1.8 miles round trip with up to 500 feet of elevation gain on compacted and loose soil.
Registration is required! When you register, you will get event reminder emails and updates. Please register below.
Accessibility: The Land Trust is working to make all of our events as accessible as possible. Please let us know at least one week in advance if there is something we can do or provide to support you in participating in this outing to the fullest, and we will accommodate as possible.
