Free Stroke Awareness Workshops

We're excited to share that we are partnering with Community Resource Care to host a series of four free monthly health workshops, starting this December.

Our first session, Understanding Stroke & Life Afterward, takes place on Wednesday 10th December and is open to everyone.

What to expect:
• Easy-to-understand stroke awareness info
• Tips for spotting early signs and supporting recovery
• A recorded Q&A with a Stroke Nurse Specialist
• Helpful resources for survivors, families & carers
• A gentle wellbeing exercise taster session

All sessions are free and held here at Sandstone Brook in Whitchurch. Whether you’ve been affected by stroke or just want to learn more, we’d love to welcome you.
