REFUNDS & TRANSFERS
Our 2025 conference has a no-refund policy. Refunds will not be available unless the event is fully cancelled by the host.
We cannot offer you credit to a future event if you cannot attend.
You can transfer your registration to another woman up to 2 weeks before the event, however changes (such as lodging type or food preferences) cannot be altered that close to the event. Transfers must be submitted in writing, via email, and confirmed by us to be valid.
