A gentle and fun program designed by Dr. Paul Lam, Family Physician...nice "gateway" for mature adults and beginners who have not yet started their Tai Chi journey. Presented by Dennis Fallo, Board Certified Instructor, Tai Chi for Health Institute...every Wed. morning 10 am to 11 am....9/10 to 10/1
