Pilton Sound Bath for Autumn Equinox

Take some time for yourself and welcome the longer nights, slowing down and cosying up. Join me for a relaxing sound bath with the beautiful singing crystal bowls to relax, release tension and refresh yourself while the world around us moves into the cooler and hopefully slower time of year.

We will start the session with a guided, group meditation and some very gentle exercises to release stress, before you get all cosy and immerse yourself in the restorative sounds of the singing bowls.

Please bring a yoga mat or something to lie on, as many pillows and blankets as you like and water to drink. Wear something comfy - pyjamas, oodies and slippers encouraged 🙂. Please note the majority of the session will be lying on the floor - please contact me if this will be uncomfortable for you.
