Break the System Not the People Rally

Following on from successful antifascist rallies in Glastonbury, and with the election of a Reform candidate to Shepton Mallet town council, this rally is being held to highlight how the agenda of the far right and specifically Reform will not tackle the issues underlying poverty and will, in fact, increase the gap between rich and poor, leaving more people impoverished, vulnerable and desperate.
In order to fight for a better standard of living for all, we need to unite - all races, religions, abilities - whilst we fight each other we can continue to be exploited. This is class war, not race war. Unite and join the struggle for better living standards for us all, not just the privileged few.
There will be speakers from various local groups and trade unions.
We need to get organised as silence always helps the oppressor.
