These classes are designed to prepare parents for the birth of their baby, by covering such topics as labor and delivery, labor support techniques, breathing and relaxation, pain management, postpartum care and C-Section information. All instructors are ASPO Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educators. Please bring your own pillows and labor balls
NOTE: This is a TWO-PART series. The class takes place on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and the second class will take place the following Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Registering for the first class registers you for the second class, as well.
