What mood is our mind in today? What does it refuse to do that we want it do, and what does it do that we don’t want it to do? Is there any solution to the unruly nature of the mind? Thankfully yoga wisdom deals head on with the mind - how to manage it, and how to satisfy it and make it peaceful.



Meet your host, Khadiravan

Khadiravan is a seasoned bhakti yoga teacher at Bhakti Lounge and you might have heard her angelic singing, which is like therapy for the ears. Kirtan (mantra music meditation) is Khadiravan's love and she enjoys creating a comfortable and meditative space when she hosts our SoundLabs or at soulFeast. Khadiravan also offers her background of a PhD in Yoga Psychology, to whoever wants to lend an ear and an inquisitive mind to exploring life through the lens of yoga wisdom

6.15pm Tuesday 23rd of September

End the session on a high note with a delicious plant-based dinner, dessert, and good conversation.
