In this workshop, we’ll explore timeless wisdom and living practices that can steady the heart, bring clarity, and offer a lasting sense of direction—even in a busy modern life.
Meet your host, Sivananda
Sivananda’s background is in both science and music, holding a Master's Degree in Data Science, a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a long history of playing and performing on the double bass. His passion for philosophy, music, good food and community attracted him to the bhakti lifestyle. Having studied and practiced the science of the ‘self’ for six years now, he thrives on drawing insights from contemporary science and combining it with yoga wisdom to encourage others to explore new perspectives.
