*Francis Aschoff* is a queer writer based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara. They have a background in theatre, campaigning and community organising. Francis’s debut poetry collection, Spellbound, was published by 5ever books in 2025.
*Mauatua Fa’ara-Reynolds* is a Mā’ohi-Norf’k writer and tapa-maker based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara. They have just submitted their manuscript as part of their MA in Creative Writing at the IIML, which was a hybrid work of poetry and essays about the material and visual storytelling of their ancestors, as well as the storied landscapes they descend from.
*Larry McIntosh-McMyler* is a poet and student at Te Herenga Waka. His poetry can be found in bad apple, Poetry Aotearoa Yearbook, and elsewhere.
*Githara Gunawardena* (she/her) is a Sri Lankan poet and lover of poetry, who moved to Wellington four years ago. She enjoys a good Wodehouse novel, strong coffee and binge-watching Drag Race. Her work can be found in Starling Magazine’s 20th issue.
*Bronwyn Haines* is a queer disabled poet-aunty from Awakairangi Lower Hutt. Her work can be found on badapple.gay and in a forthcoming group chapbook, The Walls that Held Us. She does local community building and lives in Pōneke with her cat, Björk.
