Pilates class - mixed ability

A lovely, friendly Pilates class suitable for complete beginners and those who have some experience of Pilates. Using a blend of traditional and contemporary Pilates approaches, movements will flow seamlessly with plenty of opportunities for you to advance the exercises if you wish to.
Classes are taught by an experience, fully certified STOTT Pilates Instructor with over 20 years of experience teaching and doing Pilates.
