NPN Tattoo is looking into hosting the Biggest "MONSTER MASH" Halloween Bash ~ Saturday, November 1st, 2025. In Wellington KS. (Location Pending) This will be a 21+ Event. NPN Tattoo is looking for a DJ/Karaoke/Music, Photo Booth, Security, Traveling Bar/ Bartenders, Insurance. This will be an EPIC EVENT if it all falls into place. COSTUMES are required for entry.
