Nourish & Restore Autumn Equinox

Find inner peace and recharge your energy at Nourish & Restore @ Autumn Equinox - a holistic event to welcome autumn as our ancestors did.
Beginning our beautiful 'Nourish & Restore' evening together, we will gather and go into the forest to collect parts of nature to build a beautiful co-created circular alter in honour of the Autumn Equinox. We will walk, and talk as our ancestors once did, gathering and learning from eachother, connecting with Mother Earth and preparing ourselves for the winter ahead.
Upon return, the kettle will boil to make a brew and we shall gather in circle to contemplate balance. As the sun is perfectly balanced to create equal day and night at Equinox, we will discuss 'balance in womenhood. We will connect, explore, learn and restore ourselves with eachother. Following this mind and body balancing, we will immerse ourselves into a crafted sound healing journey for the soul. and by the time the evening is done, all will feel nourished and restored.
