Men's Circle: Reclaiming Connection
The Men’s Circle is a free, supportive gathering for men to connect, share openly, and grow together. Whether you're navigating life changes, seeking community, or simply wanting a space to be heard, you're welcome here.
Expect honest conversations and the kind of connection that’s rare but necessary. No pressure to speak—just your presence is enough. We follow a respectful, non-judgmental format that prioritizes safety, confidentiality, and authenticity.
Optional Plant-Based Dinner
Stay afterwards for a nourishing, plant-based dinner and dessert ($15). Sharing a meal is a powerful way to extend the connection beyond the circle. This gathering is not run for profit—Andre is simply passionate about creating spaces for genuine connection.
What to Expect in the Circle:
Gathering in Circle: We sit in a circle to foster a sense of unity and equality.
Centering In: A short meditation or silence helps us arrive and ground.
Talking Object: A shared object moves around—only the person holding it speaks.
Optional Sharing: Speak if you feel moved. You’re always welcome to pass.
Active Listening: No interruptions, advice, or feedback—just presence.
Confidentiality: What's shared in the circle, stays in the circle.
Our Shared Agreements:
Speak from the “I”: Share from your own experience, not on behalf of others.
No fixing or judging: This is not a space to solve, but to witness.
Be present: Share what’s alive for you right now.
Respect and trust: We uphold a culture of care, confidentiality, and non-judgment.
Meet Andre, your host
Andre has been immersed in men’s work since the age of 13, when he first experienced a rite of passage in Golden Bay. That formative experience sparked a lifelong connection to circle work, which he later deepened by returning as a mentor. Over the years, Andre has come to value the power of sitting in circle—of men coming together in honesty, vulnerability, and presence to witness and support one another. A multi-instrumental musician, poet, and pranayama (breathwork) facilitator, Andre also brings his passion for ecstatic dance, philosophy, and authentic connection into his offerings. He is deeply inspired by the question of what it means to be human—how we can more fully experience our aliveness, our depth, and reconnecting with the beauty of life together.
