Breathe Into Sound: An Ancestral Reset
In the rush of the modern world, we often forget the two most primal medicines we carry: our breath and vibration.
Breathe Into Sound is a collaborative healing experience that weaves holotropic breathwork with sound therapy to support release, regulation, and deep integration. This is not about fixing yourself - it’s about creating the right conditions for your own inner intelligence to do what it already knows how to do.
🌬️ The Clearing - Holotropic Breathwork
We begin with guided holotropic breathwork, a powerful, self-directed healing modality that uses rhythmic breathing, music, and intentional focus to access non-ordinary states of awareness.
This style of breathwork helps loosen stagnant energy, emotions, and stored stress held in the body and nervous system. Participants remain in full control of their experience, using breath as the primary tool to move what’s ready to be released.
Holotropic breathwork can also stimulate the body’s natural production of endogenous DMT, a chemical the body already makes during altered states such as dreaming and deep meditation. When accessed naturally through breath, this process remains grounded in safety, embodiment, and self-regulation-no substances involved.
🥣 The Integration - Sound Bath
Immediately following the breathwork, we move into sound therapy to support integration.
As the body opens through breath, sound becomes the bridge that helps gently move, organize, and settle the energy that’s been activated. Crystal alchemy bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and grounding percussion work at a vibrational level, supporting the nervous system and helping the experience land in the body with greater ease.
This is where collaborative care shines:
Breath clears the pathway. Sound helps weave it back together.

Sarah Fox
Sarah Fox is a certified Sound Therapist, Registered Nurse, and Osteopathy student with a deep, lived relationship to the healing power of sound. In 2018, Sarah was diagnosed with brain cancer, and during her treatment, sound baths became a vital source of calm, regulation, and relief from anxiety. What began as personal medicine soon became a calling. Drawing from her clinical background in nursing, her studies in osteopathy, and her training in sound therapy, Sarah creates sound experiences that are both deeply soothing and professionally grounded. Her work blends compassion, safety, and intuition - guiding participants through immersive soundscapes that support emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and holistic well-being. Sarah’s sessions are held with care, presence, and respect for each individual’s journey.

Crystal Inness
Crystal Inness is a holistic facilitator, community builder, and the founder of Crystal Clear Connections. Her work is rooted in creating grounded, nervous-system–aware spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies, inner wisdom, and capacity for self-healing. Through practices such as breathwork, embodied movement, conscious connection, and integrative facilitation, Crystal supports individuals in accessing their own innate guidance rather than being led or fixed from the outside.
Crystal’s facilitation style blends intuition with structure, lived experience with informed practice. She approaches breathwork as a self-guided healing tool, empowering participants to remain in relationship with their own bodies while moving through emotional, energetic, and physical layers at their own pace. Her role is not to direct the experience, but to hold a clear, supportive container where safety, choice, and integration are prioritized.
