Kingfisher Open Mic with Paul Strummer

The Kingfisher's monthly open mic night with Paul Strummer. Friday 29th August 6-9pm. Free admission. Free performer drink.

Since the open mic finishes at 9pm this also means that under 18s accompanied by adults can come along to the open mic too. This open mic is only geared up for small acoustic acts, solo, duo, trios etc with small equipment setups (no acoustic drum sets). It is a standard open mic, get there early to guarantee a slot, there are no special featured artist slots nor pre-bookable slots. It is not a full band open mic/jam (since we need to have a fast stage turn-around time between acts, and fast clear up time at the end ready for the disco afterwards at 9pm). Anyone wanting to perform please speak to Paul on the night, the earlier the better.

The open mic is followed by Kingfisher's Friday Karaoke disco night with DJ Ash!
