The Glenvale Park 5k (GP5K) is a fun community event for people who want to get some fresh air, do a little exercise and spend time with other like-minded folk from Glenvale Park.
It's an opportunity every week to walk, jog or run between 2km and 5km around Glenvale Park. It's open to all ages and abilities, so bring your friends, your family, the kids, babies in pushchairs and even the dog!
Afterwards, we go to Bewiched for a well-earned coffee and cake.
This event is brought to you by the Glenvale Park Residents Association. And it is made possible by the generosity of the volunteers who give up their time to help organise it each weekend. If you'd like to volunteer occasionally to help out, please let us know.
