The festive season can bring with it lots of additional stress and pressures, this will be a space to look at what these may be, strategies to help cope with them and ways to find time for what’s important for you over the festive season.

Nicola and Georgina are both BACP qualified counsellors who have worked with various different charities and agencies across Northamptonshire. They are both bringing their experience to create a space that will help the festive season feel less daunting.
