A reading group aimed at young people ages 9-14. We host monthly sessions on the 2nd Saturday of each month (some months may differ - see schedule) 11am-12pm.
Each month we set a theme and children are welcome to choose a book they would like to read and talk about at the next session. Each session will also involve a small craft and an opportunity to socialise with other young readers.
Sessions are drop-in and free to attend, with free refreshments available.
Parents, guardians and carers are welcome to stay within the activity room or the library and can leave emergency contact information with the staff. We also have lego club in the children's library on at this time if you child has younger siblings - there is plenty to keep the whole family busy!
