It’s easy to go into a new year with good intentions. It’s harder to make time to figure out what you actually want that year to look like.

This session is your chance to slow down before the December madness hits, take a breath, and put yourself back in the picture. Not the version of you juggling ten tabs and a cold coffee, but the version who’s clear on what matters and confident in where she’s heading.

This isn’t just about pasting magazine cut-outs onto cardboard. It’s about creating space to check in with yourself, reflect on the year that’s been, and set meaningful intentions for the one ahead. Not just for your work or your wellness, but across all areas of your life.

You’ll leave with more than just a pretty board. You’ll walk away with clarity, a fresh sense of direction, and a visual reminder of what you’re working towards.

Join us for a calm, creative, and supportive space to reconnect with what matters.

Parking: This event is held at the John Wellard Community Centre in Wellard, with ample parking behind the building, as well as street parking.
Lunch: there is an optional lunch after the formal event, which is self-funded, we just ask that you indicate whether you will attend or not so we can book a table.
