Join us again for another fun filled afternoon to help raise money for activities and adventures for Brooke, Hancock, and surrounding areas community members living with a disability!
How it works:
On Sale Now! Presale Tickets are $5.00 and include 1 paddle & 1 bonus door prize ticket. Use the ticket link on the event page or visit the BHFRN to purchase your ticket.
Day of Auction: $5.00 Entry Fee = 1 Paddle, Additional Paddles $1.00/each sold at door.
Other Activities:
50/50 Drawing - Take a chance to win half the pot! Who doesn't like extra money? Winner must be present for 50/50 drawing.
Raffle Basket Drawing - A variety of different baskets donated by local community members & businesses. Winner need not be present for Raffle Basket Drawing if name & phone # are included on drawing ticket. A redraw will take place if winner is not present and no contact information is available.
Cost for tickets to participate in Raffle Baskets and 50/50 Drawing:
1 ticket = $1, 6 tickets = $5, Arm length = $10
Additional Information:
Local Vendor Displays - Vendors will have their products on sale at the event for purchase directly through them. Some items will be up for auction thanks to Vendor's generous donations. Vendor list will be available on event page.
Concessions will be available - Menu TBD
Bake Sale - Inclusion Circle family members and friends are putting together a delicious display of baked goods to help raise additional funds for our group. Be sure to take a peek at these delicious treats!

If any area business or community members are interested in contributing items, we are accepting donations for the quarter auction items and raffle basket drawing. You can contact Mary or stop by the BHFRN with your donation at 1300 Potomac Avenue, Upper Level, Weirton (above the gym and cafe).
