Chair Yoga

This accessible chair yoga class is designed for every body. Whether you're working with limited mobility, returning to movement, or simply looking for a supportive practice, this class offers a safe and empowering space to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance joint mobility.

Using the chair for support, we'll move mindfully through yoga postures, breathwork, and gentle strength-building exercises—all while staying grounded and connected. No floor work required.
