After the cancellation of the Bungonia spring 6/12 event, ACTRA is planning a replacement event.
The 2025 Spring Rogaine 6/12 hour event is being held in Bondo State Forest, west of Canberra. It is a mix of native and some pine forest with some fire-trails and tracks - about 50% in common with the 2022 event. The area is unburnt and looks fantastic after all the rain. The flowers will be blooming too, including lots of orchids. Altitude is around 1100 metres so there are patches of snow grass.
The Hash House have plenty of free camping sites. Make a weekend of it and collect controls on the Sunday.
