Root Chakra: The Human Experience
The Root Chakra is the foundation of our lived, human experience. It governs how safe we feel in the world, how supported we believe life is, and how deeply we trust our right to exist, receive, and belong. When this center is balanced, we feel grounded, steady, and resourced. When it is disrupted, life can feel like a constant state of survival, uncertainty, or lack.
In this class, we will explore how the Root Chakra directly correlates to real-life experiences such as money, stability, housing, work, health, boundaries, and our relationship with the physical world. We will look at how early life experiences, family dynamics, ancestral patterns, and societal conditioning shape our sense of safety and survival, often without us realizing it. Together, we will gently bring awareness to where fear, scarcity, hyper-independence, or instability may be stored.
This is not just a conversation about energy — it is a conversation about being human. About learning to feel at home in your body, supported on the Earth, and worthy of having your needs met without living in constant tension or vigilance. You will gain insight into how Root Chakra imbalances show up in everyday life and how grounding, embodiment, and conscious awareness can begin to restore a felt sense of safety and trust.
We will close the class with a guided Root Chakra activation designed to anchor you into your body, strengthen your energetic foundation, and support a deeper sense of grounding, stability, and embodied presence. This activation will help you integrate the teachings of the class on a physical, emotional, and energetic level, allowing you to leave feeling more rooted, supported, and connected to your life here on Earth.
