Mom and Baby Yoga: Series

This 6-week series is designed for new moms and their little ones (newborns to early crawlers). Through light, beginner-friendly yoga, you'll ease tension, reconnect with your body, and share mindful moments with your baby by your side. Each class also includes time to connect with other moms in a supportive, welcoming space. No prior yoga experience is needed. Nursing, feeding, and changing your baby are always welcome during class. Yoga materials will be provided-just bring a blanket for your baby.
