Heart of the Herd is a ceremonial sound journey featuring some handcrafted drums from those who attended the Element Retreat in Menla. Other drums will be provided for those who do not have a drum from the retreat.
These drums carry the heartbeat of the land, inviting you to remember your place in the greater web of life. Combined with a full sound bath experience—including crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and more—this journey weaves together rhythm and resonance to awaken your senses, release stored tension, and reconnect you with the wild wisdom within.
As the drums pulse through your body, you are invited to ground, listen, and soften. Let the vibrations guide you into deep states of relaxation and inner exploration, where transformation, insight, and renewal naturally arise.
Bring: yoga mat, blanket, bolster, eye pillow, and anything else you need to rest comfortably.
