Gratitude & Glimmers: Journaling Workshop

Join us for an uplifting and reflective workshop that helps you slow down, notice the small moments, and reconnect with joy. Guided by Sarah Shellard, Owner of Just Joyful Boutique and author of The Daily Glimmers Gratitude Journal, this session blends gentle education with guided journaling to help you build a meaningful gratitude and “glimmer” practice.

Each participant receives their own Gratitude Journal to use during the workshop and take home.

In this workshop, you’ll explore:
• What glimmers are and how to recognize them
• The science and impact of gratitude journaling
• Tips for creating a glimmer practice you’ll love
• Creative ways to savor and share the small moments
• How to be more present and increase daily joy
