Join Kathryn from Fran’s Flowers for a night of creating Dried Flower Half Wreath arrangements and immerse yourself in the art of crafting beautiful floral displays. During this event, you will have the opportunity to explore various methods for arranging dried flowers, delving into color theory and design concepts to create captivating presentations. Whether you are a novice or a seasoned flower lover, this workshop offers hands-on practice in choosing, prepping, and arranging seasonal blooms. A large variety of colors and textures available, as well as different styling options, ribbon, and seed-pods. Approximately 15″ diameter. For indoor/dry use. Can last years!
At the end of the session, you can bring home your delightful creations to adorn your surroundings or offer as thoughtful gifts to brighten someone’s day. All classes are available if you can see them, classes will be removed if full or a wait list will be added. A minimum of 5 people are needed for the class to happen . Registration must be completed 1 week prior to classes. You will be notified via email 2-3 days prior to the event with confirmation and further instructions.

Class Cancellation & Refunds
Confirmation
Mark your calendar and assume you are registered.Your class will be held at the time and place indicated in the catalog unless you are contacted. We will notify you if a class is filled, canceled or changed. You will receive a confirmation email with further information 2-3 days prior to the class.
Cancellation Policy and Refunds:
We will gladly refund your class registration fee if you must cancel. Please notify us at least one week days prior to the first class. A voucher for another class will be offered up to 2 days prior to the class and no refunds will be issued 24 hours before class starts.
We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment. In that case, we will call you and make arrangements to refund your class fee.
Inclement Weather
If the Siren or Webster School District is closed due to bad weather, then the Community Education classes and activities are canceled.
If the weather turns bad late in the day, Community Education may cancel activities.
We will make every effort to notify you directly via Email 2 hours prior to the class/event in case of class cancellations. Be sure to check your email if in question!

Photographs of you may be taken and used to promote the program on the website and in Community Education catalogs. If you do not wish for photographs of you to be used, please contact us at (715) 349-7070. There is no compensation for use of photos.

Pre-registration is necessary for classes. Registrations are on a first-come basis. Classes may be canceled if not enough people sign up. If a class or event is canceled, you will be notified.
