Dark Arts Whiskey House Seminar

Here at BayTowne Wine & Spirits, we’re always attentive of the best opportunities for a truly remarkable single barrel. We make a point only to pick barrels that will present an exceptional quality spirit, and aim to provide our customers with new and exciting experiences through them. Dark Arts Whiskey House provided us the ideal opportunity to do just that. Founded on the basis of extraordinarily selective secondary cask maturation, the team at Dark Arts works to bring barrel finishing in bourbon to a whole new level. Join Nate from PM Spirits and Lucas, BayTowne’s spirits director, to taste through this whiskey artistry. We’ll sample their bourbon finished in French oak from the royal Jupilles forest and their rye finished in Brazilian Amburana wood casks. The star of the evening will be BayTowne’s new single barrel, an 8 year bourbon finished in a Sauternes French dessert wine cask. This is one of the most unique single barrels we’ve picked here at BayTowne, and we would love to have you taste it!
