Rooted in Earth-based spiritual traditions, this practice honors the elements, the guardians of the four cardinal directions, and the spirit of center—inviting balance, protection, and divine presence into your ritual or healing work.
Together, we will explore the spiritual significance and energy of each direction

We will also explore animal spirits & their associations with the directions.
You’ll learn invocation techniques, grounding and centering practices, and how to create your own personalized sacred circle for ceremony, healing, or daily connection.
This class includes:
-A guided journey to meet the elemental guardians

-Ritual tools and symbols associated with each element
-Group practice creating a collective sacred circle
