Arbor Lodge - Where music becomes a map through the dream world. A ThompsonTalk with junior Myles Leonard (BM Composition).
Arbor Lodge is an original album created and produced by Myles Leonard that showcases the wide-ranging talents of students and artists from the St. Louis area.
Designed as a sonic Journey through the course of a dream, the album blends multiple genres, thematic motifs, and experimental interludes into an immersive soundscape. Each track adds to a cohesive narrative, offering listeners an experience that is both unique and emotionally resonant.
The album brings together over fifty collaborators, including audio engineers, vocalists, rappers, composers, arrangers, instrumentalists, and a wide range of visual artists—painters, animators, cinematographers, and photographers.
By blending theory with hands-on practice, Arbor Lodge provides both students and professional artists with real-world experience in professional workflows—from composition, sound design, and recording to visual branding and promotional media. Arbor Lodge highlights the strength of St. Louis's creative community and stands as a testament to the power of collaboration, innovation, and interdisciplinary art.
